CLASS STYLES
At Estuary Yoga, we believe that yoga is for everyone and every body. Regardless of your experience, age, gender or ethnicity, there is something for you on the mat. Estuary Yoga is home to a range of different classes, from the dynamic and challenging Strong Flow and Vinyasa Flow classes, to the gentle ease of yin and restorative yoga. We take the approach that all students are welcome to all classes (modifications and options are tailored for each class), so you’ll be sure to find something that fits your own timetable.

A workshop-style session to focus on alignment and breath-body awareness in your yoga practice. This class involves deconstructing specific postures, transitions and breathwork (pranayama), integrating this into a flowing sequence. There is opportunity to ask questions, and receive alignment cues and vocal adjustments which acknowledge the uniqueness of your body. Excellent for beginners to explore in a supportive environment, as well as those looking to refresh and deepen their understanding.
