pranayama: the breath bridge

Unlock the power of your breath in this two-hour immersive workshop, where ancient Pranayama techniques meet modern science to enhance energy, focus, and emotional balance. Learn how to harness breathwork to calm the mind, boost vitality, and regulate the nervous system, with guided practices from traditional yoga and Qi Gong. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork, you’ll leave with practical tools for greater health, longevity, and self-mastery.

winter solstice: yin & reiki

Saturday 21st JUNE, 3.00pm | 2 hours

This Yin & Reiki event will nourish your body, heart and soul. Bella's Yin classes invite you into a sanctuary of healing. Yin, a restorative practice that soothes the fascia and muscles, will drop you into the wisdom of your body. Combined with the loving frequency of Reiki ('Rei' meaning universal and 'Ki' meaning Life Force energy), an energy modality that helps to clear stagnant energy and helps you feel blissful and relaxed, this Yin & Reiki container will help ground you and allow you to feel reborn. Throughout the Yin class, Bella will offer Reiki (hands-on or hands-off energy healing) to help deepen students into the Yin experience. Clients have observed that they have felt more peaceful, meditative, and blissful when receiving Reiki. Reiki also helps you express emotions that may have been held back. There will be cacao served upon arrival and light snacks provided. 

About Bella: Bella is a Yoga teacher and a Reiki Master Practitioner, currently studying under Martine Salerno of the Blue Angel Reiki Centre, where Bella is studying to be a Reiki Master Teacher. She simply loves sharing the benefits of Yoga and Reiki with the community, so that people can connect more profoundly with themselves and move in the world with more awareness.

ashtanga primary series

Explore the rich tradition of Ashtanga Yoga in this immersive 2-hour workshop led by Rachel Livingstone. Whether you’re brand new to Ashtanga or a seasoned practitioner, this is an opportunity to experience the Primary Series — a foundational sequence known for its transformative physical, mental, and energetic effects — in an accessible and supportive space. Rachel will guide you through the structure of the sequence with clarity and care, offering variations to suit different bodies and experience levels. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of the breath-counted flow (vinyasa), posture alignment, transitions, and the deeper intentions behind this powerful practice.

– A practical feel for the rhythm and structure of the Primary Series
– Insight into how breath, bandha and drishti create focus and presence
– An understanding of how to adapt the practice to meet your body
– A fresh appreciation of the tradition and how it fits into modern life
