acro yoga

SUNDAY 24th AUG, 1.30pm | 2 hours

Come explore the joyful world of Acro Yoga—a dynamic blend of yoga, partner acrobatics, and therapeutic flying. This workshop is all about building trust, communication, and connection through movement and play.

With Bec and Andrew, you’ll learn the foundations of basing, flying, and spotting in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re coming with a partner or solo, you’ll be paired up and guided through fun, accessible sequences that will leave you feeling uplifted and empowered.

No experience required — just a willingness to connect, move, and maybe even laugh a little!

yin, sound & massage:
emerging into spring

sunday 7th Sept, 1.00pm | 2.5 hours

Spring is a time of creativity, possibilities, renewal and determination. We bring attention the Wood element from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lens, gathering a sense of vitality, adaptability and flow within, so we can bring this out into our lives.

Emma (Happy Axe) and Lucy guide you with sound and voice through breathwork, Qi Gong forms and yin shapes, to encourage fluidity, spaciousness and ease. Receive hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu practitioner/s, to enrich your experience through the incomparable connection of touch.

This session falls on the weekend of a solar eclipse - symbolic of a period of transition, and the play between dark and light, in cycles and seasons.

We're extending the duration of this session to 2.5hrs so there is even more room to soak into the enlivening of awareness in stillness, motion and sound. The Chinese Medicine-inspired offerings in this session are shared as pathways to centre and settle the individual and collective being. Take what resonates into your life, as supports towards a calmer, more steady and life-giving radiance.

Ready to take your practice upside down? Join Andrew and Bec to explore the wonderful world of handstanding. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your technique, you’ll learn drills, alignment tips, and strategies to enter, balance and exit the handstand. This workshop is designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence in your handstand. Join us for a playful, focused session and unlock your handstand potential!

spring equinox

Join Keigo and Bella on the eve of the Spring Equinox — a seasonal threshold where we shed the stillness of Winter and awaken into new form.

As the earth tilts back toward the sun, we too lean into movement, growth, and closer connection. This two-hour experience is an invitation to explore yoga not just as an individual path, but as a shared dance — playful, grounding, and intimate. Partner Yoga invites us to meet one another from a place of authentic presence. Through a series of supported yoga postures, both yin and yang, we’ll use gentle touch and firm physical support to co-create trust, reciprocity and openness.

This practice offers space for intuitive movement, shared laughter, and stillness in tandem. Whether you're coming with a romantic partner, a close friend, or someone new, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic explorations that nurture both individual and collaborative awareness. Together, we’ll weave all of the above, delectable treats, and the healing vibrations from Crystal Bowls into a ritual of renewal — a celebration of Spring’s emergent energy!

arm balancing

SUNDAY 19th OCT, 1.30pm | 2 hours

Join Andrew and Bec for a dynamic workshop dedicated to the art of arm balancing. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your technique, this session will give you the tools to build strength, develop control, and approach these poses with confidence.

We’ll break down foundational arm balances like Crow and Eight Angle, as well as building up to more challenging shapes like Flying Pigeon and Koundinyasana, exploring the mechanics of lift-off, alignment, and transitions. You’ll work through drills to activate the core, stabilise the shoulders, and shift weight with ease—all in a supportive, step-by-step environment.

Come ready to explore, fall, fly, and surprise yourself.

Strength and conditioning

four week course

SUNDAYs (26th OCT to 16th NOV), 2pm | 1.5 hours

Build strength. Boost resilience. Deepen your yoga practice.

Strength supports everything we do—on and off the mat. From carrying groceries to holding a handstand, picking up kids to recovering from injury, a strong body is a more capable, adaptable body. In this 4-week course, you’ll develop functional strength that supports not only your yoga practice, but your everyday life.

Each Sunday, join Bec for a full-body strength class designed specifically with yogis in mind. You’ll learn drills and exercises that build joint stability, muscular control, and dynamic mobility—then take those tools with you to repeat during the week, at home or in the studio.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your arm balances, protect your joints, or simply feel more powerful in your body, this course will give you the foundation you need.

Inversions can be some of the most empowering and playful poses in yoga — and they’re more accessible than you might think. This workshop with Andrew and Bec is designed to help you explore the foundations of going upside down with strength, control, and confidence.

Together, we’ll break down poses like Shoulderstand, Headstand, Forearm Stand, and Handstand, offering step-by-step progressions and modifications to suit your level. You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, align your body safely, and develop the skills to approach inversions with ease—whether you’re lifting off for the first time or refining your balance.

Expect a focused, supportive session where you can build trust in your body, challenge your limits, and have fun doing it.
