At Estuary, we believe yoga is a powerful way to care for your whole self, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and philosophical. Our team of brilliant teachers craft thoughtful classes that invite you to celebrate the joy of movement, the calm of stillness, and everything in between. Each style offers a different way to explore your practice, supported by skilled guidance and a welcoming community. Yoga is for every body, and every body is welcome.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, breath-led practice that builds strength, mobility, and focus. Expect creative sequences, smooth transitions, and a steady rhythm that invites you into presence. Each teacher brings their own flair, but all Vinyasa classes aim to leave you grounded, energised, and connected - body, breath, and mind moving as one.

Strong Flow

Strong Flow turns up the heat with longer holds, deeper strength work, and a steady build toward peak poses. It’s physically challenging but intelligently sequenced - a chance to meet your edge, explore resilience, and move with purpose. Expect sweat, stamina, and the satisfaction of working hard in good company.

Fundamentals

A welcoming class for anyone building confidence in their practice, or returning to the basics with fresh eyes. You’ll explore alignment, breath, and foundational shapes at a steady pace, with space for questions and personalised support. This is a curious, encouraging environment to grow your understanding and feel at home on the mat.

Mat Pilates

A low-impact, full-body practice designed to strengthen your core, stabilise your joints, and improve functional movement. This class blends classical Pilates with contemporary movement science, taught with clarity and care. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more connected to your centre.

Harmony

The best of both worlds, Harmony combines gentle flow to mobilise and awaken the body, with restful yin shapes to soften and settle. Expect a bit of everything to help to move and release, to do and undo. A balanced practice to restore equilibrium and leave you feeling both spacious and steady.

Yin

A slow, quiet practice where shapes are held for several minutes to gently stretch connective tissue and invite deep release. Yin works into the fascia and nervous system, encouraging stillness, surrender, and introspection. You’ll use props for support and leave feeling calm, open, and restored.

Yin Roll and Release

A grounding blend of yin yoga and myofascial release. Using therapy balls and long-held shapes, this class targets tension in the fascia to ease restriction and enhance mobility. Expect slow, focused work that softens both body and mind. A deeply therapeutic practice for unwinding and letting go.

Rest & Restore

This deeply nourishing class blends gentle movement, breathwork, restorative poses, and guided relaxation. A soft landing for the nervous system — especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, or transition. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter. Blankets, bolsters, and stillness provided.
