VINYASA FLOW

FLOW LIKE A RIVER : STRONG, FLUID, EMBODIED

Warm your body, cool your mind.

Smooth, flowing sequences layered to suit you and your unique body. Dynamic sequences build somatic awareness and muscle strength, physical stamina, coordination, balance, and a deeper breath-body connection. 

Whatever your level of practice, this is an experience that strengthens, tones and invigorates you inside and out.

HARMONY

MELLOW VINYASA + YIN : Creating Balance

The ultimate balance of Yin and Yang.

Enjoy a smooth, mellower flow that builds warmth and energy, before releasing into Yin-based postures that cultivate rejuvenation.

Designed to enhance strength and flexibility in the muscles, joints and deeper connective tissues (fascia), while offering time for you to turn inward. A beautiful way to release tension, improve circulation, immunity, and enliven overall wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

Ideal for all ages and levels of practice.

FUNDAMENTALS FLOW

CULTIVATING ROOTS : BREATH, BODY, PRESENCE

Cultivating Roots : Breath, Body, Presence

An opportunity to focus on refining alignment and strength-building in your yoga practice.

This class involves workshopping specific postures, transitions and breath-work (pranayama) before integrating this into a flowing sequence connecting breath and movement. Receive alignment cues and hands-on adjustments that acknowledge the uniqueness of your body. 

A particularly great choice for beginners to explore in a supportive environment, as well as those looking to refresh and deepen their understanding.

YIN
with MEDITATION

Nurture in Stillness

Yin Yoga is the ideal antidote for the anxiety of busy modern lives, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Longer-held, supported Yin postures nourish joints and deeper connective tissues (fascia) to support healthy daily movement. Dissolve tension, improve circulation, boost immunity, and as you connect inward, and create more quiet and spaciousness within.

Suitable for all ages and levels, particularly beginners and athletes who seek a balance for more strenuous workouts. 
 

MEDITATION (including Yoga Nidra) is offered in selected evening Yin classes to guide you into a deeper state of healing and relaxation. Various meditation techniques will be explored, offering you a chance to engage in a practice that resonates for your state of being.

ZEN FLOW

Energy and FLOW: a meditative exploration

Settle into a calming and energising journey through pranayama (breathwork), Qi Gong, Yin, and meditation. Each session will weave through these practices to restore, balance and rejuvenate your energy for the week ahead. A delicious blend of movement and focus, with layered options to suit beginners as well as those delving deeper into their personal practice.

Duration : 75 mins


FLOW & GROW

EXPANDING YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE

A holistic approach to your unique yoga practice.

Warm and open the body with a flowing guided Vinyasa sequence, before 20-30 min of self-practice with individual guidance from our teachers. Whether it be refining your transitions, building towards advanced postures, more stillness in Yin, or gently revitalising the body after injury - integrate what you wish to cultivate, while working at your own pace.

A shared pranayama or meditation completes the practice.

Ideal for regular practitioners wishing to refine technique and understanding, or for those wishing to step towards a more comprehensive personal practice.
