Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Estuary Yoga Space. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users of Estuary Yoga Space services, including classes, workshops, events, and teacher training programs, whether booked online, in person, or via third-party platforms.

Class booking and attendance.

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform, Momence.
Please arrive on time. The door does remain open during class in the event that unforeseen circumstances cause you to be late, so you may enter quietly and discretely. Please be aware that late entry is disruptive to the other students and the teacher, and regularly arriving late is discourteous to the wider community. You often miss out on important physical and mental preparation for your own practice, which is often set up in the opening minutes of class.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid losing the class credit (for passes). This allows students who may be on the waitlist enough time to receive the notification and plan accordingly.
For students booking via Classpass, please note we have no control over Classpass credit amounts, nor your bookings or cancellations. Their terms and conditions can be found on the Classpass website.

Memberships.

Memberships are billed weekly in advance.
Memberships do not have a lock in period and can be cancelled at any time. This can be done via the Momence app, or logging in to the Momence website. You can also contact Estuary to arrange your cancellation, please allow at least 24 hours via email, or via the Momence app.
Memberships are not refundable and non-transferable.
The Welcome Pass offer is an introductory membership and can be purchased only once by an individual. It does not need to be your first purchase.

Class Packs

Class Packs (single, 5-pass and 10-pass) are not refundable and non-transferable.
A 5-pass pack has a 6 month validity period from the date of purchase.
A 10-pass pack has a 12 month validity period from the date of purchase.

Workshops and Events

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop or event are eligible for a credit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours unless the event is cancelled by Estuary Yoga Space.
In the event that Estuary Yoga Space cancels an event, full refunds will be issued.

Health and responsibility

By attending any class, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity.
Please inform your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class.
You participate in all classes and events at your own risk. Estuary Yoga Space and its teachers are not liable for any injury sustained while practicing.

Studio etiquette

Phones must be on silent or off during class. Phones are to be left with your other belongings in the locker area. If you require your phone during class (being on call, for example), please let the teacher know and ensure your phone is on silent.
Please respect the shared nature of the space. After classes, please clean your mat and place mats and props back where you found them in an orderly manner.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone acting in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

Website use

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Estuary Yoga Space and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

Changes to terms

Estuary Yoga Space may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
