Workshops

Explore something new

Satisfy your curiosity.

Workshops are time and space to slow down, dig deeper, and connect in ways that regular classes sometimes don’t allow. These sessions are an opportunity to focus on specific skills, explore new themes, or simply spend more time in the richness of practice.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY

A Multi-Modal Nervous System Reset: Experience a blend of somatic movement, Qi Gong, and Yin yoga designed to help you find your center and release seasonal tension.

Immersive Sound & Touch: Be supported by live, atmospheric soundscapes while receiving hands-on Zenthai Shiatsu massage to deepen your physical relaxation.

Alignment with Autumnal Rhythms: Learn practical ways to embrace the "shedding" energy of Autumn, leaving the workshop with a greater sense of spaciousness and emotional ease.

Sound, Yin & Masasge

GROUNDING INTO AUTUMN

These seasonal sessions are about coming together to offer attentive, embodied connection with Self, and with the cycles of nature.

Be immersed in lush soundscapes by Emma (Happy Axe) as Lucy guides you through breathwork, Qi Gong forms, and somatic movement to encourage attunement and a sense of centre. A yin practice follows, themed to the Autumnal energy of transformation, enriched with hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu therapists.

Cultivate more spaciousness, ease and trust to release with the shedding of autumn, so we can carry this freedom out into our lives, and a world so in need of our clear, open presence.

Qi Gong Foundations

FOUR WEEK COURSE

Qi Gong is an ancient embodied practice that works with posture, breath, intention, and slow, mindful movement to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as Qi. Across four Monday evenings, Evelyn will guide you through the essential foundations of Qi Gong in a way that is practical, experiential, and deeply accessible. This is not about learning choreography, but about learning how to feel, how to stand, how to breathe, and how to move from your centre.

Each week builds progressively, introducing simple standing meditation, gentle shaking and releasing practices, spinal mobility, and foundational Qi Gong forms that help you sense, cultivate, circulate, and store energy in the body. You’ll learn a small collection of core movements and breathing practices that you can confidently take into your own daily life, while developing a new sensitivity to posture, grounding, and internal awareness.

This course is ideal for anyone feeling run down, mentally busy, curious about Eastern movement practices, or wanting to explore a slower, more attentive way to restore balance.

Monday evenings 6pm  |  May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th (FULLY BOOKED)

Yin, Reiki & Sound

WINTER SOLSTICE

We gather on the shortest day of the calendar year, the Winter Solstice, to dive deeply into the light, love, and wisdom that already resides within you. This Yin, Reiki & Sound immersive will nourish your body, heart, and soul, and fill up your cup until it runneth over! Yin is a restorative practice that can hydrate the fascia and stretch the muscles, and, when combined with Reiki, can help expand our heart-consciousness.

Reiki means universal Life Force energy in Japanese, and it is a type of energy medicine that is designed to clear stagnant energy (physical/emotional/mental) and helps you reconnect with your true self.  Bella will offer optional Reiki (hands-on or hands-off energy healing) while students are in Yin poses. Clients have observed feelings of peace, gratitude and love while receiving Reiki. Additionally, others affirm they gain more clarity and feel freer to release any stuck energy following a Reiki session, thus allowing for more momentum in the right direction. The event will be sealed with a loving and soothing sound bath. Enjoy some cacao and light snacks before and after the session.

Accessible Progressions: Explore the "puzzle" of binds through guided modifications, including the use of straps and kneeling variations, making these postures sustainable for your body.

From Foundation to Flow: Build your skills progressively, starting with foundational twists and working up to more complex shapes like Bird of Paradise, all within a steady, bind-focused flow.
