Workshops
Explore something new
Satisfy your curiosity.
Workshops are time and space to slow down, dig deeper, and connect in ways that regular classes sometimes don’t allow. These sessions are an opportunity to focus on specific skills, explore new themes, or simply spend more time in the richness of practice.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY
A sense of release and presence, cultivated through rhythm, sweat, stillness, and free movement.
A deeper connection to your body and inner landscape, guided by sensation, music, and expression rather than technique.
Permission to move as your whole self, exploring both softness and resilience in a way that feels alive and fun.
Shake The Dust
SPECIAL EVENT
Shake The Dust is an embodied, somatic practice of the Body-Mind-Heart. Through a guided poetic universe and with curated music, we journey between perpetual motion, release, stillness, and free movement, as avenues towards connection, presence, and transformation.
You can expect a mix of dance, cardio, intuitive movement, bodyweight training, yoga, stretching, and Pilates - all supported by an activating playlist.
In this practice, you’ll jump, shake, sweat, and flow though movement that’s guided by sensation, rhythm, and expression rather than strict technique, providing the space to move, breathe and connect to whatever you feel. This event is all about inviting your whole self into this moment. It's about moving, breathing and resting with what's here now - giving yourself space to truly "be."
This practice might feel like a cathartic release, an embodiment of what's alive in you right now, a poetic exploration of presence, a way to explore both softness and resilience, or simply a super fun workout.
Everyone is welcome, no prior experience is necessary.

Zenthai Flow
THE ALCHEMY OF AUTUMN
Autumn is traditionally known as a season of harvest and ripeness; a fall of energy from the warm expansiveness of Summer towards the cool slumber of Winter. Similarly in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the shedding qualities of autumn aligns with the Metal element, and its themes of transformation, purification and clarity.
Practising with the essence of the metal element teaches us how to dance with change, in a more graceful, reverent and courageous way, inside and out. Together we will move through playful solo movement, partner yoga, and guided bodywork: a journey through physical, energetic, mental and emotional landscapes to investigate how we receive, how we let go, and how we alchemise what moves through us.
This session is rich in tactile exploration, with layered offerings for all levels of experience, and plenty of time connecting inward as well as with others. Learn a set of aligned self-practices you can take into your life, while growing grater awareness and fluency in the powerful language of embodied, attentive touch.

Qi Gong Foundations
FOUR WEEK COURSE
Qi Gong is an ancient embodied practice that works with posture, breath, intention, and slow, mindful movement to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as Qi. Across four Monday evenings, Evelyn will guide you through the essential foundations of Qi Gong in a way that is practical, experiential, and deeply accessible. This is not about learning choreography, but about learning how to feel, how to stand, how to breathe, and how to move from your centre.
Each week builds progressively, introducing simple standing meditation, gentle shaking and releasing practices, spinal mobility, and foundational Qi Gong forms that help you sense, cultivate, circulate, and store energy in the body. You’ll learn a small collection of core movements and breathing practices that you can confidently take into your own daily life, while developing a new sensitivity to posture, grounding, and internal awareness.
This course is ideal for anyone feeling run down, mentally busy, curious about Eastern movement practices, or wanting to explore a slower, more attentive way to restore balance.
