Workshops

Explore something new

Satisfy your curiosity.

Workshops are time and space to slow down, dig deeper, and connect in ways that regular classes sometimes don’t allow. These sessions are an opportunity to focus on specific skills, explore new themes, or simply spend more time in the richness of practice.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY

A calmer, more regulated nervous system through slow movement, somatic practices, and vagus-nerve support.

A softer, more grounded sense of embodiment from intentional touch, self-massage, and gentle sensory engagement.

Clarity and renewed focus through guided reflection and intention-setting for the year ahead.

Slow Flow & Somatic Yin

START THE YEAR WELL

Join Rachel and Bella for a spacious two-hour practice weaving together Slow Flow, Yin, and somatic inquiry. This gentle, grounding workshop offers a chance to reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system as you step into 2026 — the year of the Fire Horse.

You’ll be guided through soft, unhurried movement, practices to support the vagus nerve, and simple self-massage techniques to release stored tension. We’ll engage the senses through intentional touch and essential oils, inviting the whole body to soften and receive. Together, we’ll create space for reflection and intention setting, allowing you to arrive in the new year feeling centred, open, and supported.

Expect a nourishing blend of movement, rest, and mindful connection. Leave feeling balanced, renewed, and aligned with the energy you want to carry forward.

Centering Into Earth

SOUND, YIN & MASSAGE

Late Summer is seen in Chinese Medicine as a season of its own. It is nestled between the expansion and connection of Summertime, and the ripe gravity of Autumn. The associated element of Earth reminds us to cultivate attunement; to come back to our own centre, within the constant flow of change.

Join Lucy and Emma in a playful communion of Qi Gong inspired movements, voice, breathwork and yin yoga shapes, to encourage a sense of stability, integrity and belonging in community. Receive hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu practitioner/s, to enrich your experience through the nourishing connection of touch.

These sessions are designed so you can carry what resonates into your life, and fertilise a more focused, rooted state of being, wherever you go.

The confidence to play, fall, and keep growing

Arm Balances

UNDERSTANDING ASANA

Join Andrew and Bec for a dynamic workshop dedicated to the art of arm balancing. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your skills, this session will give you the tools to build strength, develop control, and approach these poses with confidence.

We’ll start with a deep-dive into the form of Chaturanga, the foundation for all bent-arm balancing, and translate this into asana such as Crow, Side Crow, and Eight Angle. We'll then build up to more challenging shapes like Flying Pigeon and Koundinyasana, exploring the mechanics of lift-off, alignment and balance.

You’ll work through drills to activate the core, stabilise the shoulders, and shift weight with ease—all in a supportive, step-by-step environment.  Come ready to explore, fall, fly, and surprise yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY

A sense of release and presence, cultivated through rhythm, sweat, stillness, and free movement.

A deeper connection to your body and inner landscape, guided by sensation, music, and expression rather than technique.

Permission to move as your whole self, exploring both softness and resilience in a way that feels alive and fun.

Shake The Dust

SPECIAL EVENT

Shake The Dust is an embodied, somatic practice of the Body-Mind-Heart. Through a guided poetic universe and with curated music, we journey between perpetual motion, release, stillness, and free movement, as avenues towards connection, presence, and transformation.

You can expect a mix of dance, cardio, intuitive movement, bodyweight training, yoga, stretching, and Pilates - all supported by an activating playlist.

In this practice, you’ll jump, shake, sweat, and flow though movement that’s guided by sensation, rhythm, and expression rather than strict technique, providing the space to move, breathe and connect to whatever you feel. This event is all about inviting your whole self into this moment. It's about moving, breathing and resting with what's here now - giving yourself space to truly "be."

This practice might feel like a cathartic release, an embodiment of what's alive in you right now, a poetic exploration of presence, a way to explore both softness and resilience, or simply a super fun workout.

Everyone is welcome, no prior experience is necessary.
