Workshops
Explore something new
Satisfy your curiosity.
Workshops are time and space to slow down, dig deeper, and connect in ways that regular classes sometimes don’t allow. These sessions are an opportunity to focus on specific skills, explore new themes, or simply spend more time in the richness of practice.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY
A Multi-Sensory Reset: Experience a deep "nourishing of the cup" through a curated combination of restorative Yin yoga, Reiki energy work, and a soothing sound bath.
Physical and Emotional Release: Use Yin postures to hydrate fascia and stretch muscles, paired with Reiki to help clear stagnant mental or physical energy.
Clarity and Momentum: Many find that this practice helps foster a sense of peace and gratitude, providing the mental space needed to move forward with more focus.
Community and Connection: Settle in and seal the experience with warm cacao and light snacks.
Yin, Reiki & Sound
WINTER SOLSTICE
We gather on the shortest day of the calendar year, the Winter Solstice, to dive deeply into the light, love, and wisdom that already resides within you. This Yin, Reiki & Sound immersive will nourish your body, heart, and soul, and fill up your cup until it runneth over! Yin is a restorative practice that can hydrate the fascia and stretch the muscles, and, when combined with Reiki, can help expand our heart-consciousness.
Reiki means universal Life Force energy in Japanese, and it is a type of energy medicine that is designed to clear stagnant energy (physical/emotional/mental) and helps you reconnect with your true self. Bella will offer optional Reiki (hands-on or hands-off energy healing) while students are in Yin poses. Clients have observed feelings of peace, gratitude and love while receiving Reiki. Additionally, others affirm they gain more clarity and feel freer to release any stuck energy following a Reiki session, thus allowing for more momentum in the right direction. The event will be sealed with a loving and soothing sound bath. Enjoy some cacao and light snacks before and after the session.

Receive hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu practitioners, to enrich your experience through the incomparable connection of touch.
This is an invitational, encouraging space held in community. Arrive as you are - all we ask is for an openness to be with what comes and goes. Each of these seasonal workshops offer simple, accessible practices and prompts, encouraging all of us to carry what we discover out into our lives, and a world so in need of our clear, open presence.
