Myofascial Release

UNWIND & RESET

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a simple yet powerful way to connect with your body’s tissues and support their health. It’s a practice that helps to release stored tension and tightness - often in places you might not even realise you’re carrying it. Over time, this can create more ease in movement, improve circulation, and leave you feeling lighter and more at home in your body.  


In this workshop we’ll use a variety of props (blocks, massage balls, and sometimes simply our own hands) to explore self-massage techniques that you can use anytime. Together we’ll journey slowly through the body, beginning with the thick plantar fascia on the soles of the feet and working our way up through the legs, hips, spine, and shoulders, all the way to the delicate musculature of the face, neck, and head.  


You’ll not only experience the immediate benefits of tension release, but also leave with practical tools and knowledge to continue these techniques in your own time and space. Myofascial Release is a nourishing and accessible practice for anyone looking to support recovery, balance out the effects of daily life, or simply feel a deeper sense of ease within their body.

SUMMER SOLSTICE DAWN PRACTICE

Join Bella for a powerful seasonal practice of 108 Sun Salutations. This moving meditation is traditionally done to honour the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice. Across 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through rhythmic rounds of Surya Namaskar A, with space to rest, reset, and choose variations that support your body. 


This practice is both energising and deeply purifying, symbolising renewal, balance, and the cyclical nature of change. Move with the group, find your own pace, and settle into stillness with a well-earned savasana to complete the journey.

Join Rachel and Bella for a spacious two-hour practice weaving together Slow Flow, Yin, and somatic inquiry. This gentle, grounding workshop offers a chance to reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system as you step into 2026 — the year of the Fire Horse. 


You’ll be guided through soft, unhurried movement, practices to support the vagus nerve, and simple self-massage techniques to release stored tension. We’ll engage the senses through intentional touch and essential oils, inviting the whole body to soften and receive. Together, we’ll create space for reflection and intention setting, allowing you to arrive in the new year feeling centred, open, and supported.  


Expect a nourishing blend of movement, rest, and mindful connection. Leave feeling balanced, renewed, and aligned with the energy you want to carry forward.
